Israeli Sharon’s Life Remains in Danger, Hospital Official Says

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s life remains in danger although his condition has seen some stabilization, the chief of the hospital where he’s being treated told journalists today.
“I can’t say I’m optimistic this morning, perhaps more pessimistic than before,” because multiple organs are failing, Professor Zeev Rotstein, director of the Chaim Sheba Medical Center said in comments to the media.
The former Israeli leader, 85, has been in a coma and hospitalized since suffering a stroke in January 2006.
