Ally Bank is a big rip off bank.

After my January car loan payment was made, my account said I owed an other charge of 279.46  cents  for late fees from April 2009 how this after four years with this bank   Luckily I saw the mistake after checking statement on line at Ally Bank. Couldn't get answer why. Couldn't get payment backdated to previous date. Couldn't get anything from Ally except late payment notices when on line looking at my account and saw that post for 279.46. But after 4 years now all of the sadden there asking for this payment.  I had a double lung transplant three years ago on February 11 2011. I’m on SSD how, and now they want 668.16 in February like I can pay all that money my medicine is 700.00 dollars each month. What do I do.?? At the bottom do you see any late fees hear.
