St Joseph's Hospital, West
Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA has no respect for its patients The nursing
staff was the worst I ever seen and the way they spoke to us was terrible. I took my Husband there with the trust from GMC
also in Philadelphia Pa to check his high blood pressure. Then they admit him
over night, When the nurse come in the ER room she said I could not stay with
my husband over night due to Hospital policy, I then told her I never heard such BULL S---- she then told me that's the way it is.
Then later on, my husband was told he could not wear that T shirt due to
hospital policy again finely
he was admitted to a room on the fourth floor where a other nurse told me I had
to go due to policy when I asked who the director was, her whole attitude had
changed and she told us let me see what I can do to see if you could stay with
him, I said no thanks. My Husband ask about the TV they told him it was ten
dollars day what joke this place is and no phone in the room and know WiFi and
the rooms look like something from 1978. So as I was leaving the guard on the
Lobby level stop me and told me to get to my room, I replied back and told him
I’m not a patient here my husband is, He then told to wait right there for his
supervisor come out to talk to me, Then after all that they said I could go.
What a Joke this hospital is . I’m still
wondering if it’s because we are gay and legally married.
